Hi, I was born and raised in Vietnam for 11 years then came and grew up in the United States. After graduated high school, I joined the Army for a year then got introduced into the beauty industry and worked my way around the states, eventually visiting many states from west to east coast.
In 2012, I lost my beloved mother. I barely felt like living. I was so depressed and suicidal. I was embarrassed about my illness, and I didn’t know to seek help. For four years, I grew tired of depression beating me down emotionally, destroy my marriage relationship and children, so I decided to get help for myself. I’ve been in recovery since 2015.
Only by experiencing my own unique journey of healing, it had inspired me to become a writer in the hope to help and guide people so they can embrace happiness in their lives. I became a self-help motivational book author of “The ACTIONS.” I have become passionate about helping those who are still ashamed of their illness and feel like they don’t have a voice. I’m taking my efforts further by launching an e-course dedicated to helping the lives of those battling depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts.
Importantly, I am definitely focusing on having a smile on my face, saying my gratitude, and be joyful every day as much as possible.
Would you like to join me in my venture of happiness, give gratitude, and inspire others?
