The topic that I truly love is 3 things I learned from a book Mirror Work by Louise Hay.
“Change your mindset, it’ll be easy,” they said.
Well, are they right?
First, you need to understand what mindset really is. It’s a word we hear all the time, yet do we really know what it is?
In a word, MINDSET is your frame of mind. Your mindset is your collection of thought habits and beliefs that shape your ways of thinking and being. And your thought habits affect how you think, what you feel, and what you do.
Essentially, your mindset is a set of emotional responses and reactions based on previous experience and previous outcomes. It is the way you engage, perceive, and react. Some people have healthy coping skills. They’re able to feel grief without losing sight of their daily responsibilities. Other people don’t have the coping skills or support they need. That hinders the grieving process.
3 Things That I Learned From A Book Mirror Work by Louise Hay
1) One small change in your thinking can lead to huge changes in your life.
2)The best way to love yourself is to release all the negative messages from your past, like your look, thoughts, and life in the present moment. The more you practice your change the more you in love with yourself, your life and the people around you.
3)When your first wake up in the morning, ask yourself, “How do I feel right now?” Do you notice your smile? If not start looking in the mirror and start saying this to yourself, “I love you, I truly love you, I really love you, my darling!” Then SMILE – keep smiling until you actually smile from the inside all the way to the outside.
Do you scold yourself due to your look and criticize yourself endlessly? You probably mistreat your body with unhealthy food choices and stressful thoughts.
Look in the mirror, release your old fear from childhood or the past. Let go of your old mindset – the negatives one. You probably don’t believe yourself but do it anyway!
Now is the time to change by looking into the mirror and start creating a habit of change.
